The Sashalom Hotel, built in 1997, is located at 14 Gordonka Street, District XVI. The hotel offers 17 rooms. District XVI, where the hotel warmly welcomes its guests, is a suburban area of Budapest with green surroundings, predominantly featuring family houses and some apartment blocks.

The district is renowned for its safety, with the peace of residents and visitors ensured by regular patrols from police, public wardens, and civil guards. Additionally, since 2012, surveillance cameras have been installed in several locations. In 2011, District XVI was awarded the title of the safest district in the capital.
